Krystal

畢業於 NYU 美國紐約大學平面攝影系,多年來從事商業和藝術攝影並旅遊探索世界各地。旅行累積的寶貴經驗、大自然的啟發和瑜伽學到的細微感官: 都成為了 Krystal 傳達生活態度的精髓。

現在身為瑜伽老師的 Krystal 善於帶領學生結合身心,深層認識瑜伽的魅力,與生活連結,讓學生們在自己的瑜伽墊上感到舒服自在、建立自信、學習正確的體位法和安全的練習。她的教學風格偏親近友善,並加上有趣適當的體能來鍛煉鼓勵大家。
